Location: Livermore, CA (Fully Onsite)

Pay: $22.00/hour

Overview:

Our client in the electrical manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
  • Assist with preparing reports, maintaining records, and updating internal databases
  • Coordinate communication between departments and support team members as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Support the accounting and operations teams with basic administrative tasks
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and route inquiries appropriately
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Livermore, CA
  • Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple departments

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
